Patricia Lindquist earned a PhD in Clinical Psychology at Alliant - United States University in San Diego, California. She received additional training in life time development and mental health at the Freud Center in London. She also trained extensively in relationship theory and therapy at the Washington School of Psychiatry in Washington DC.
Dr. Pat specializes in attachment enhancement communication and strategies. This applies to successful partnering, marriage, parent-child relations, and adult child to parent relationships.
She is able to use EMDR and other energy based methods to relieve anxiety, including performance anxiety, workplace conflicts contributing to chronic stress, phobia and panic issues, PTSD, and prolonged stress.
Dr. Pat also performs neuro-psychological assessments to assist with college and career placement. ADHD, Executive Skills, Dyslexia, and Cognitive Processing problems can be identified and accommodations for school and job prescribed.
Dr. Pat is married, is active in the Christian community, and is a member of the following professional organizations, American Psychological Association, California Psychological Association, San Diego Psychological Association, and the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology.
